This site was created to help businesses who are interested in seeing the potential return from an SEO (Search Engine Optimization) advertising investment get some hard numbers to work with rather than just speculation.The ROI calculator calculates the estimated return from a 1st page position for a particular keyphrase in a major search engine such as Google, Yahoo, MSN etc.
To get started click the Keyword Research tab at the top and do a search for your primary keyphrase. If you are a mortgage broker in Denver then your primary keyphrase is "denver mortgage broker". If you sell rubber baby buggy bumbers then your primary keyphrase is (you guessed it:) "rubber baby buggy bumbers" and so on. Then make a note of how many monthly searches were done for that keyword and the two suggested words underneath that one.
Type these 3 values into the first 3 fields of the SEO ROI Calculator under the ROI Calculator tab. Most SEO campaigns will target 10-20 keyphrases. We work with 3 in our calculations just for convenience. You could easily add up all the monthly searches for 20 keyphrases and put that total into one of the keyword fields to get a bigger picture.
