We are a small group of dedicated professionals who take pride in being able to deliver a valuable service to the business community.

Since 2000 our team of website usability engineers, SEO experts and programmers have worked towards perfecting our proprietary system of search engine optimization so that it is both powerful and affordable.

When I first started the company from my home office there were basically two kinds of SEO companies to choose from in the marketplace.

The first was the "pay us $19.95 and we will submit your site to 1 million junk search engines". At first glance this looks like a good deal to the uninitiated except it does absolutely nothing to help rank your site and is just a waste of time.

The other kind of company I came across was the "pay us 10 thousand down and 2 thousand a month and we will see how it goes". Not much has changed in 8 years and those are still not viable options for a typical small business.

Due to the nature of the industry there's really only a small circle of SEO firms worth working with. I am honored that so many businesses have included us in that circle.

I positioned Click Response to be in the middle path where value, accountability, results and affordability could all come together in balance. Our guiding principles of economy, effectiveness and relentless pursuit of innovation combined with proprietary technology allow us to deliver a superior service.

I still run the company from my home office here in Austin, Texas. Utilizing web based group and project management software my team are able to communicate and execute each project efficiently and with less cost and less impact on the environment. I believe this model is the future of work in general.

Logistical effectiveness and innovation are important but not as important as customer service. One major complaint many of my customers have had with previous SEO firms is the lack of personalized service.
